Compatibility

Are these OEM electrodes?

No. We sell compatible (non-OEM) reusable electrodes designed to work with specific generator platforms. Each product page states the generator family the electrode is designed for. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Neurotherm or Stryker, whose names are trademarks of their respective owners.

How do I know an electrode will work with my generator?

Check the compatibility line on the product page against your generator. If you're not sure — or you want to double-check your exact model — email info@novatechscientific.com or call (954) 859-8094 before ordering and we'll confirm.

What lengths are available?

Neurotherm-compatible electrodes come in 50 mm, 100 mm, and 150 mm. Stryker-compatible electrodes come in 100 mm and 150 mm. If you need a configuration you don't see, ask — we may be able to source it.

Sterilization & reuse

Are the electrodes really reusable?

Yes. They are supplied new and are autoclavable for repeated clinical use when reprocessed according to the instructions for use (IFU) included with the product.

How should they be cared for?

Reprocess per the included IFU, and inspect the electrode, cable, and connector before each use. Remove an electrode from service if you observe insulation damage or connector wear.

How fast do orders ship?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and any import requirements in the destination country. Questions? Contact us before ordering.

What is your return policy?

Returns are handled case-by-case — contact us first and we'll sort it out. Unopened items in original packaging are generally eligible with authorization, and defective items are always replaced or refunded. See Returns & Refunds.
