Returns & Refunds

Because our products are medical devices intended for clinical use, returns are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before returning anything — we're reasonable, and we always make defects right.

How to request a return

Email info@novatechscientific.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the return is approved, we will send a return authorization and the return address. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

What can be returned

Items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging are generally eligible for return with prior authorization. Items that have been opened, sterilized, or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except where the item is defective.

Defective items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, stop using it and email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. For confirmed defects we will replace the item or refund it — your choice — and we cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Ordered the wrong size or compatibility?

Contact us before opening the packaging and we will help arrange an exchange. If you are ever unsure which electrode fits your generator, ask us before ordering — we'll confirm compatibility.
