Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Domestic shipping (United States)

We ship via major carriers. Shipping rates and available options are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates from the ship date, not guarantees.

International shipping

We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and import requirements that apply in the destination country, including any applicable medical device import regulations. If you have questions about ordering from outside the United States, contact us before placing your order.

Damaged or lost shipments

Please inspect your order on arrival. If a package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as lost, contact us at info@novatechscientific.com within 5 business days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
